• Main Job of a Sourcing Specialist:

Analyze and synthetize the briefings (document stating the company's needs) written by the consultant and/or the client elaborating on the challenges within the job

• Search for potential candidates profiles, suggest a sourcing strategy: advertisements, media, direct approach

Sort and select CVs

• Collaborate with the recruitment specialist and specify the profiles that are needed,

Publish announcements on different job boards,

• Sort CVs,

Search for the adequate profiles on CV database, relational networks and in school relations,

• Contact candidates by phone, present our offers and evaluate the interviewee according to our selection criteria (linguistics skills, motivations, qualification),

Prepare summaries about for the phone interviews,

• Propose which candidates are pre-qualified,

Collaborate with the recruitment specialist to run follow-ups on the recruitment files until the person is hired,

• Update candidates files,

• Profile Requirements:

Proficiency in English,

• Dynamic and curious,

Very persuasive and rigorous,

• Analytical and synthetic mindset,

Excellent communication and organizational skills,

• Hands on experience with IT tools (Internet, Office) and the main social networks.
