Job Description
Performance Management:
- Assist with all Performance Management activities including companywide objective setting, performance reviews and calibration sessions, continuously improving the relevant processes, tools and guidelines
- Identify errors in the Performance Management System and work with other departments to fix the glitches and upgrade the system processes if needed
- Liaise with the compensation and benefits team to ensure alignment on performance and rewards
Talent Development:
- Coach and advise Directors and Managers on best practice performance management and talent progression and mobility policies for talent development and growth
- Nominate top talents to leadership development programs that address leadership development needs and support competency development.
Talent Management:
- Manage the leadership potential assessments and succession planning by continuously improving processes, tools and guidelines to ensure leadership initiatives support achievement of business objectives
- Attend and support with the leadership talent board meetings, ensures rapid follow up on agreed actions and support senior management in implementing development plans
- Provide a strong internal consulting service on talent management issues.
Organizational Effectiveness Measures:
- Manages and reports on HR and organization development metrics across the organization in order to measure the effectiveness of organization development initiatives
- Carries out analyses of HR and organization development activity, reports on findings, and proposes action plans to continuously improve the organization in the area of performance & talent management and development
