G Resources is looking to connect with Tax Associate on an immediate basis. Tax Compliance and Filings:
Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
Collaborate with the Tax Manager to maintain records and documentation required for tax compliance.
Conduct thorough research on UAE tax laws, regulations, and updates to stay informed of any changes that may impact the organization.
Analyze tax implications for different transactions and provide insights to the Tax Manager.- Assistance with Free Zone Tax Matters:
Support the Tax Manager in understanding and complying with tax laws specific to Free Zones in the UAE.
Assist in the preparation of tax-related documents for Free Zone operations.- Interest Deduction Documentation:
Assist in gathering and organizing documentation related to interest deduction for tax purposes.
Maintain proper records and prepare necessary reports.- Tax Participation Exemption:
Collaborate with the Tax Manager to ensure compliance with tax participation exemption rules and documentation requirements.
Support in the preparation of necessary reports for tax exemption claims, if applicable.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field. Relevant certifications (E.g.: ACCA, CIMA, etc.) is a plus.- 3-4 years experience in tax-related work will be an advantage.
Solid understanding of UAE tax laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in using tax software and Microsoft Office applications.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and learning.
