Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports.
  • Review, prepare, and submit all tax filings, including payroll tax, VAT, and withholding tax deductions.
  • Compile documentation for tax inspections (e.g., payroll tax, VAT, withholding tax) in compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and submit Form 41 for withholding tax promptly to tax authorities.
  • Review VAT on company expenses to ensure compliance with current laws and regulations.
  • Calculate taxes according to relevant rates, laws, and regulations, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Liaise with tax authorities as needed.
  • Provide tax-related advice to business units.
  • Monitor and implement updates to tax laws and regulations to mitigate risks to the company.
  • Develop and submit reports for review by the direct manager.
  • Resolve any issues with tax authorities to prevent penalties.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of proven work experience as a Tax Accountant, or Tax Analyst
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel)
  • Experience in E-Tax system
  • Experience with ERP Oracle preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate and manage through conflict
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work with and maintain highly confidential information is required.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
