Teaching Assistant

Role Description

This is a full-time role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for a Teaching Assistant at VIK Montessori Nursery. The Teaching Assistant will be responsible for assisting the lead teacher in daily classroom activities, supporting student learning and development, providing one-on-one assistance to students, and maintaining a safe and engaging learning environment. This is an on-site position.

Qualifications

• Assistant Teaching and Education skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children
• Knowledge of mathematics concepts
• Patience and ability to handle classroom management
• Ability to work collaboratively with the lead teacher and other staff
• Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
• Qualifications in early childhood education or related field
