Job Description

  • Lead a team of Java full stack developers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality and scalable applications
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and project managers to gather requirements and define technical solutions
  • Architect and implement full stack solutions using Java, Spring, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks
  • Ensure software quality through code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration
  • Identify and address technical challenges, risks, and bottlenecks to ensure successful project delivery
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices and introduce new technologies to the team when appropriate

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development with a focus on Java
  • Prior experience in a team lead or managerial role
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, JavaScript, and web technologies
  • Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions
  • Experience in agile development methodologies
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and delegate tasks within a team
