Team Lead Technology

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead, Technology Security to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years of hands-on experience in technology security, with a strong focus on network security and architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of security professionals in the implementation and maintenance of security solutions.

Provide expert guidance on network security architecture, design, and implementation.

In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with F5 WAF and its configuration.

Conduct thorough security assessments and risk analysis to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.

Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer engineering, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in technology security, with a strong focus on network security.

Proven experience in leading and managing security teams.

Expert-level knowledge of F5 WAF and its application in securing network infrastructure.

F5 Certified ASM 303 or equivalent certification

Strong understanding of network security principles, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPNs.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in network security (e.g., CISSP, CC, Security+).

Experience in cloud security architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure).
