The Addons located in Elsheikh Zayed is urgently hiring a Sales Team Leader

Notify Development companies of available inventory and prices of units and check the system and available inventory continuously.

Follow up with customers and communicate with them by phone constantly through the team.

Keeping abreast of the developments of competing projects and knowing the details.

Explaining the offers to customers and the available payment methods.

Reviewing the daily follow-ups with clients on the CRM.

Submit a weekly and daily report of the work that has been accomplished.

Compliance with the rules and regulations of the company.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in any relevant.

+3 years of experience in Brokerage company including 1 year in the same position.Real estate Background is a must.

Excellent networking and management skills.

Excellent Negotiation & Persuasion Skills.

Excellent English Level.

Own a car is a must.
