Role Description for Team Leader

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead at Coldwell Banker Egypt in Qesm El Maadi & New Cairo. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of real estate agents, setting sales targets, conducting training sessions, and ensuring smooth operations within the office.

Qualifications

• Leadership, Team Management, and Communication skills
• Real estate industry experience and sales expertise
• Knowledge of market trends and property regulations
• Customer relationship management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
