As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales team to success. You will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling properties leading and motivating a team of real estate agents, setting targets, and implementing strategies to achieve sales objectives. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and team targets.
- Assist clients in buying and selling properties.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Provide ongoing training and support to enhance the skills and performance of team members.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a successful real estate agent, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and industry trends.
