Job Purpose
- To perform onboarding and maintenance of Corporate clients under various cash management products viz cash collection, withdrawal, cheque.
- To co-ordinate with vendor, customer and other stakeholders and facilitate smoother onboarding
- To train new and existing clients onboarded under Mashreq Matrix corporate online banking platform
Key Result Areas
- New Customer Onboarding
- Receive customer documents in original and Scrutiny of documents.
- Set up the customer profile in relevant banking system.
- Generate customer login credential and dispatch the same to customers.
- Issue Electronic Signature Card to customers wherever applicable.
- Activating the customer profile in the system and preparing monthly MIS.
- Train the customer on various cash management products.
- Co-ordinate with various stakeholders until service activation.
- Assist customers on call.
- Processing vendor invoices.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Knowledge of various cash management products including online banking products / processes.
Experience of 3 6 years in a reputed Bank in cash management operations.
Knowledge on banking application software
Ability to work under high pressure and complex operational environment
