Team Leader - Real Estate

Responsibilities

• Provide dynamic and creative leadership through guiding and training the team.
• Provides direct coaching and training to the Sales agents.
• Support the agents to achieve their targets.
• Supports all the agents in meetings and monitors their handling of clients.
• Deal with the clients solve their problems and support the sales agent whenever needed.
• Conduct weekly meetings with the team, follow up with them on their achievements, and provide a report to the management.
• Performs quarterly evaluations (KPIs) with his team and reports to the sales manager.
• Ensure a smooth and dynamic workflow.

Qualifications

• Experience in Brokerage Real Estate is a MUST
• Experience in the following areas (New Cairo - New Capital - North Coast & Sokhna)
• Related Bachelor Degree
• 5-7 years of experience, at least the last 3 years in the same position.
• Excellent organizational and Management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Excellent knowledge of Real Estate consultation
• Very Good Negotiation Skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Decision-making skills.
• Certificate in Management or training in team leading is a plus
• A New Cairo residence or nearby is preferable
