Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader /Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Global Exchange-KSA. The successful candidate will play a critical role in leading and supporting a team of professionals, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service while driving operational excellence. This position requires a hands-on leader with strong organizational and communication skills who can effectively manage and inspire their team to achieve set goals.

Key Responsibilities:

The overall goal of the position is to direct and lead the team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals.

  • Assisting On-Site Managers to manage and motivate frontline employees to provide the highest quality of customer service and achieve sales target.
  • Constant monitoring of team members. Supervising every aspect of the daily sales activity in order to identify positive and negative diversions.
  • Doing the follow up of operations and service KPIs in the office, reporting the data to On-site Manager.
  • Organizing the working hours of the team, also controlling breaks of Customer Service Representatives.
  • Being in charge of properly handling, providing and rotating currency to ensure the profitability of the Work Place.
  • Guaranteeing the quality of the service. A constant concern about a unique service being offered by the Customer Service Representatives in accordance with the corporate standards.
  • Carry out an evaluation of each CSR's performance, trying to find the improvement areas for each of them and jointly designing an improvement plan which will be subsequently monitored by the On-Site Managers.
  • Conduct trainings for CSRs.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a multinational or fast-paced organization.
  • Native Arabic and a good command of verbal and written in English is a must.
  • Additional languages such as Urdu, Bahasa, or Tagalog is a plus.
  • Having previous supervision experience in sales and/or customer services positions in retail, fmcg, f&b, tourism sectors is a plus
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Having the ability to understand and identify customer expectations and needs
  • Willingness to take responsibility and to provide the best service
  • Team player, self-motivated, strong analytical and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, people management
  • Having excellent performance, absenteeism, and discipline records
  • Willingness to work in different shifts
