The Role:

The Team Leader role at Servcorp is like none other, we like to describe it as running your own small business with the security and systems of an international company. As a Team Leader you will be responsible for selling Serviced Offices and Coworking solutions. The successful candidate will be ambitious and pro-active with excellent selling skills and confident in closing business. Responsibilities:

Generate leads and sell Serviced offices and coworking solutions

Increase occupancy to a minimum of 85% and maintain it

Identify, develop, and manage client/business relationships

Business development and marketing for new business

Follow up on leads and opportunities keeping CRM up to date

Build mutually beneficial relationships with clients to maximize Servcorp's commercial performance

Network and manage events

Manage financials including budgets and forecasting

Manage and train and develop the team

Desired Skills & Experience

Proven track record in a sales focused environment

Previous sales and business development experience

High level of professionalism and business acumen

Strong account management and administration skills

Results driven with excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

Freshly graduated in Business, Marketing, Finance, Hospitality or Hotel Management.
