Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our People & Culture Department and play a key role in expanding our IT teams. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles, creating a shortlist of qualified individuals, and engaging with potential candidates to enhance our employer brand.
Your focus will be on reducing our time-to-hire and ensuring we attract top talent. By building a robust tech talent pipeline, you will contribute to the successful recruitment and retention of highly skilled professionals for our IT positions. Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full recruitment cycle from sourcing, phone screening, filtering CVs, conducting physical/virtual interviews etc..
- Preform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities
- Interview candidates combining various methods ( E.G. structured interviews , technical assessments & behavioral questions)
- Promoting the company's reputation and Image.
- Responsible for all recruiting, staffing programs, and activities related to the attraction, selection, and hiring of talents in technology Hub, an entirely end-to-end recruiting process. as well as partnering with Client Managers to help build a workforce with those critical skills needed to move the business forward.
- Delivering the best experience to the candidate with constructive feedback.
- Monitoring both the quality and the potential of all hires.
- Implementing creative recruitment strategies that benefit the business and candidates simultaneously.
- Building talent pipeline for repetitive profiles whenever there is a forecasted business needs (Constantly building a strong pipeline to meet the requirements and be proactively ready for any business changes like ad hoc requests).
- Onboard New hires
- Communicating daily in an agile atmosphere.
- Communicating daily with Stakeholders and over 10+ Hiring Managers, taking care of all hiring needs; leveraging all sourcing channels.
- Providing an exceptional candidates experience at all times
- Compose job offers letters
Minimum Qualifications & Education Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: BSc in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree
- Experience: Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter (at least 3+ years of experience as a Tech Recruiter)
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Microsoft Teams and structured)
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
