Job Summary:
- As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, driving their digital marketing strategies and delivering results that exceed their expectations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with them.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to update clients on campaign performance and progress towards goals.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, client stakeholders.
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with client objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, project management, marketing).
- Proven experience as Account Manager in marketing agency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
