Technical Administrator

Hello All,

We are looking for a skilled Technical Administrator for one of our reputed Govt client. With minimum of 2 years experience in UAE. The candidate Should have a strong background in IT infrastructure and systems administration, ensuring collaboration between different stakeholders for the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the information systems that support core organizational functions.

Responsibilities:

Technical supervision of the Centralized Data Repository (CDR.)

Technical supervision of the Freezone Business Gateway.

Technical supervision of the Centralized Security Clearance System and other platforms

Supervise and liaise with technical vendors on implementations and deployments.

Internal and external coordination with DFZC organizations for the system's functions, features, and content.

Website content management (add, edit, remove, publish).

Case management and follow-up.

Responsible for ensuring the DFZC systems are running and processing transactions at optimal levels.

Constantly evaluate system performance by checking metrics such as loading time, uptime, system logs, etc.

Assess user feedback, effectiveness, and traffic.

Provide training and technical support for end users.

Proactive support by resolving bugs, implementing upgrades, and improvements.

Evaluate system/data structure and content.

Establish and review both graphics and content, check for quality issues before uploading components.

Attend to operational system requirements by scheduling and following up on technical projects/task.

Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends of the DFZC systems activity/use.

Qualifications

Arabic and English Language (Speaking and Writing).

Computer Skills (Presentations skills and File Management)

Reporting skills.

On-call availability for emergency situations*.

Education, Experience, and Requirements:

College diploma or Professional degree In Information Technology or Computer Science. Two to three years general work experience
