Job Description
Create Detailed Architectural Drawings:
Produce comprehensive working drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and detailed construction drawings.
Develop precise and accurate detailing for architectural elements. (shop drawings).
Collaboration and Coordination:
Coordinate with various disciplines (structural, MEP, landscape, and any other discipline) to ensure cohesive and accurate project documentation.
Technical Expertise:
Provide expert guidance on best practices in architectural detailing and construction methods.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance the quality and efficiency of drawings.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering
Good English Level
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant architectural drawing software.
Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and construction practices.
Excellent technical drawing skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to interpret and translate design concepts into detailed construction drawings.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
