About The Role:

We are seeking a Technical/BIM Designer to lead and provide strong and reliable support to our team in Dubai, UAE. You will play a pivotal role in collaborating with our technical and creative teams. This position offers a unique opportunity for both collaboration and leadership in some of the world's most intricate and large-scale wayfinding projects.

As our Global business is rapidly growing, you will find that no two days are the same! The role will promise lots of opportunities to unleash your creativity and see your creations come to life. Some of the activities and skills required include:

• Experience working in technical design, with a focus on architectural, landscape, signage and interior projects, detailing expertise.
• Collaborate with design team, architects and engineers to develop design products and spaces that meet the functional, aesthetic, and budgetary requirements of our clients projects.
• Create detailed technical drawings using CAD. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD.
• Expert knowledge in Revit. Collaborate with Client teams using BIM softwares
• Bring strong understanding of signage construction methods and materials for complex signage and structures.
• Strong skills in physical product design.
• Create detailed technical drawings, specifications, and other documentation necessary to communicate the details to production teams.
• Work with designed workflow systems to deliver high quality projects
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
