Job Scope
The Technical Consultant will be responsible to analyze and implement, configure and develop resources on top of an ERP platforms that helps facilitate the integration with other 3rd party systems and modulate the process to fulfil a specific work-flow that assures the matching of the business requirements by the customer. As part of the technical consultant job is to provide assistance and guidance to the customer on how to utilize and use the software and understand how to troubleshoot problems in a systematic way.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate in the design, configuration and implementation of solutions provided to clients.
- Take part in the development process of technical specifications related to the company solutions.
- Attending technical issues raised by partners and end users in a timely and efficient manner while ensuring proper prioritization of incoming cases.
- Implement hardware and software solutions recommending enhancements to systems and services while solving clients complaints and inquiries.
- Follow through the different solutions and implementations to ensure the company methodologies are well maintained highlighting inconsistencies when needed.
- Participate in upgrade and programming exercises and implementations.
- Develop and complete proper internal documentation and update existing ones when and as necessary.
- Always promote a professional image of the company and the professional services function.
- Conduct on-site Technical Training.
- Assist in the presentation of effective POC/demo to partners/end users.

Position Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any other related field
Qualifications/Skills
Vendor technical certifications
Experience
At least 2 years of relevant experience
