The Technical Director (EOI) at JASARA PMC will play a pivotal role in guiding and refining technical operations across various projects. The Technical Director will ensure that all engineering efforts are aligned with organizational objectives, enhancing overall project efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements
- 20 years of experience in building and infrastructure projects, experience in GCC preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or other relevant disciplines from a recognized university
- Previous experience in a Technical Director role, demonstrating successful delivery of coordinated projects
- Proven expertise in utilizing advanced engineering design and collaboration tools for project management
- Experience delivering large-scale projects, including parks, resorts and associated infrastructure, such as roads, utilities, and drainage systems
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining budget control
- Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and ensure alignment on project objectives
- A proactive approach to identifying potential design or technical crises to implement timely mitigation strategies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of leading detailed technical discussions and reviews
- Familiarity with current industry standards and practices related to architectural, civil, and structural engineering
