Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Director. The Technical Director will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to team management, team leadership, research and development (R&D) and project management. The role will involve overseeing and coordinating technical operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving innovation and efficiency in our agricultural practices.

Qualifications

• Strong team management and team leadership skills
• BRC, Smeta, Global Gap,Tesco Nurture compliance
• Experience in research and development (R&D)
• Proven project management expertise
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of agricultural practices and technologies
• Degree in Agriculture, Engineering, management, or related field
• Experience in the agricultural industry
• Experience in HR is a plus
