This position involves a range of responsibilities including:
- experience in airport planning, with understanding of airfield planning, terminal planning, surface access planning, facilities planning and CAA, EASA, ICAO and IATA standards.
- and lead a robust technical design delivery team specialized in Airport Development Projects (Airside, Landside Infrastructure Design and Airport Masterplan) within the Aviation Centre of Excellence in Jeddah.
- and oversee the design of a variety of airport planning and design projects, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
Act as the primary point of contact for all technical facets of project delivery.
Lead and deliver technical designs, plans, and specifications to ensure they meet local and international aviation standards, related codes and organizational objectives.
Identify potential technical challenges and proactively devise solutions.
Lead technical meetings, and workshops.
Planning and leading the interface and communicating with the relevant internal and external design teams.
Ensure that all ongoing airport projects in the region adhere to the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.
Conduct regular technical audits and assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for clients and senior management.

Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a related field.
- 20+ years of related work experience required.
- Technical / Design Delivery experience on similar or related large/ Medium scale Airport project types.
- Design Experience on Airport Master planning and Geometric Design of Airside Infrastructure
- in in airfield and/or terminal operations
- experience in design and technical management of multidisciplinary teams, with a track record of successfully managing large-scale airport projects.
- East Experience is preferred.
