We're hiring - Technical engineer - to one of our clients:
Job Role:
- Consult with clients to understand their design goals, preferences, and budget constraints
- Conduct site analyses and space planning to optimize the use of available space
- Develop design concepts, floor plans, 3D renderings, and mood boards to showcase design ideas
- Select and specify appropriate furniture, fixtures, finishes, and dcor to bring the design vision to life
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and client requirements
- Provide design presentations and progress updates to clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards
- Maintain a portfolio of completed projects to showcase design capabilities
Job requirements:
1-2 years of professional experience in interior design
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction methods
- Excellent space planning, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and other design professionals
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts
- Familiarity with graphic design and digital media creation
- Passion for design, creativity, and a keen eye for aesthetics
Software Skills:
- Strong design sense and taste
- Willing to learn and develop
- Eager to explore new scopes and take on different challenges
Work conditions:
- Work Location: New Cairo
- WorkingDays: 5 DaysWeek
- Working Hours:8h - 9 AM - 10 Am (Flexible hour)
- Days Off: Friday and Saturday
