Qualifications:
Candidates should be fluent in English and have a minimum of 10 years of experience. We are currently accepting CVs/resumes for technical experts and specialists with experience in the one or more of the following areas
Other Qualifications:
Degree in engineering, waste management, recycling, water and natural resource management, public policy, public administration, economics, communications, business or related field required. Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant disciplines listed, with experience in Jordan or Middle East preferred.
Strong understanding of municipal planning, climate resilience and decarbonization
Supervisory experience and demonstrated ability to form strong working relationships, mentor, and motivate staff.
Experience working with vulnerable urban populations preferred.
Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity.
Fluency in English, orally and in writing.
Experience with USAID or other donor-funded programs preferred.
