As a Technical Interviewer, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the technical skills and knowledge of candidates applying for React.js developer positions. You will assess candidates proficiency in React.js concepts, JavaScript, libraries, and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical interviews for React.js developer candidates
- Evaluate candidates understanding of React.js concepts, JavaScript, and popular libraries such as Redux or React Router
- Assess candidates problem-solving skills and their ability to write clean and reusable React.js code
- Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to hiring managers
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in React.js
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the interview process
Requirements
