Job Description
Dutco Interiors is looking to recruit an experienced
Technical Manager with expertise in MEP to support our Interiors and Fit-Out projects across Dubai.
Duties Are As Follows
- Responsible for ensuring planning and design specification drawings meet the requirements of the Technical department.
- Provide layouts, general arrangements and detailed technical drawings on AutoCAD in accordance with project specifications.
- Prepare all technical input including drawings and specifications.
- Makes necessary time calculation for drawings development and ensure deadlines are met.
- Review all material submittals to ensure they meet specifications and project drawings.
- Manage and report on the technical budget; obtaining budget tenders for third party consultants.
- Ensure the technical design is meeting the minimum requirements and other health and safety regulation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- UAE/MOFA Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Expertise in AutoCAD, design, engineering and technical construction knowledge.
- At least 8 years of experience working as a Technical Manager handling MEP projects.
- Experience working from a Interiors and Fit-Out company is an advantage.
- Extensive experience in client-facing roles, able to effectively engage and manage client interactions.
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
