Technical Manager

A degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction management, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in joinery, woodworking, and fit-out projects, and managing technical and design aspects.

Proficiency in interpreting 3D sketches and translating them into accurate shop drawings.

Thorough understanding of joinery techniques, interior design, and fit-out processes.

Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, and ironmongery used in joinery and fit-out projects.

Strong project coordination skills, including site and factory management.

Effective communication and coordination skills with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.

Familiarity with relevant software tools for drafting, design, and project management.

Certification in project management or relevant technical field is a plus.
