Technical Office Engineer Arch - New Capital

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documentation based on design concepts provided by lead architects
• Coordinate with engineering disciplines (structural, MEP, etc.) to integrate their work into the architectural plans
• Conduct regular design reviews to identify and resolve technical issues
• Manage the production and organization of project files, drawings, and submittals
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architectural staff
• Assist with obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
• Participate in client meetings and site visits as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• 3+ years of experience in a technical architecture role
• Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and other design/modeling tools
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction methods
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
