The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed.

Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the technical team, assign tasks and projects to team members, and ensure they are completed on time and according to specifications.

* Regularly review technical drawings and plans to ensure they accurately reflect project specifications and requirements. Verify dimensions, materials, and construction details to avoid discrepancies during execution.

* Revise and study design drawings in collaboration with the Design Team to complete the technical-drawing aspects of the project efficiently and effectively.

* Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site technical challenges in collaboration with the site team.

* Prepare technical shop drawings, whenever required, on paper and digital format that respond to set technical specifications and quality standards and conform to recognized procedures.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

* Experience needed not less than 7years.

* Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the interior design, architecture, or construction industry.

* Strong technical background with expertise in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and project management tools.

* Excellent communication.
