Technical Process Manager

Job Description:

Prepare medium, long-term plans and Cascade the business vision, plans, and targets to all his team.

Prepare detailed action plans for current and future projects and strategies.

Prepare tools & equipment Budgets and monitoring the PR and delivery of all types of resources needed to achieve plans, and targets of Factory.

Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.

Monitoring staff performance and progress.

Provide support for the professional development direct reports

Effectively hire, train, develop, and appraise staff. Take corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with Company policy. Consult with Human Resources as appropriate.

Identify areas of improvement and suggest engineered solutions with cost analysis.

Identification of right equipment and tools for the production lines to achieve the planned production volume and quality targeted, calculate the standard man hour, identification of the right headcount and qualifications required to achieve the vary duty.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree of (Mechanical / Production / Automotive) Engineering.
• Special Certification or Training Required: Project Management/ Process Design & optimization
• Required Industry Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience in related field
• Technological Requirements: Microsoft Office Suite
• Language Requirements: Very good Command of English (Verbal and Written)
