We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in flooring products and a proven track record in technical sales in Fit out.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both residential and commercial sectors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, architects, designers, contractors, and distributors.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our flooring products.- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
Provide expert advice on flooring products, including technical specifications, installation requirements, and maintenance procedures.
- Assist clients in selecting the most suitable products based on their specific needs and project requirements.
Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and competitive landscape to effectively position our products.- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential areas for growth.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Must have good technical knowledge of flooring products like carpet tiles, LVT, SPC, engineered wood flooring, etc.*
- Must have 5-6 experience in the flooring industry.
- The candidate must have a driving license.
- Good communication skills.
- Should be a go-getter and solution/result-oriented.
