Job Description
Responsibilities:
Technical Service:
Provide technical support to customers, addressing their inquiries and offering solutions in coordination with the technical service manager
Conduct required visits to customers to conduct trials of our different product portfolio
Identify the technical and commercial requests of customers and communicate with the concerned departments in the company to ensure customer satisfaction (R&D and Production Department)
Business Development:
Prepare reports as requested about the market status and competitors movements based on findings and words from the market
Identify and target potential customers
Propose sales plans with focus on technical specifications
Support the sales team with collections where applicable
Customer Service:
Work closely with the customers to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions
Follow up orders schedule with the customer service team to ensure that delivery dates are according to the package and dates set by the client
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree: Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or any related field with experience preferably in the Polyurethane industry or the chemical manufacturing industry
A minimum of 3 years of experience
Good command of the English Language
Very good at MS Office applications (Excel, PP, Word, etc.)
Good communication/negotiation skills
Works well independently and as part of a team
Able to build and maintain lasting relationships internally and externally
