The Technology Strategy Manager for Aramco Digital in KSA will develop and implement technology strategies aligned with business goals. They will design and optimize scalable cloud solutions and lead AI initiatives to enhance cloud services. With a minimum of 8 years of experience in technology strategy roles with other leading hyper scalers, such as GCP, AWS and Azure, they will drive technology transformations and cloud migrations. The role demands strong skills in strategic planning, cloud architecture, AI integration, project management, and stakeholder management. This position is crucial for advancing the organization's technological capabilities and achieving business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans that align with the Cloud BU organization's vision and goals, identifying opportunities for growth, innovation, and market expansion.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, marketing, sales, and operational teams to ensure alignment on strategic objectives and successful execution of initiatives.
- Quality Assurance: Lead efforts to establish and maintain quality assurance processes for AI Cloud infrastructure, platform and product, ensuring that all product releases meet established quality standards and enhance user satisfaction.
- Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and quality assurance processes, analyzing results and recommending improvements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and partners, to gather feedback and ensure alignment with market demands.
- Change Management: Support the implementation of strategic initiatives and quality assurance processes through effective change management practices, facilitating communication and training as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement within both strategic initiatives and quality assurance practices, implementing best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or equivalent engineering degree.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in technology strategy roles within leading hyper scalers. Proven track record of driving technology transformations and cloud migrations.
