Description
We are seeking a Technical Supervisor with a background in Agriculture to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our agricultural projects and ensuring that all operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5-9 years of experience in the Agriculture industry, with a focus on technical operations.
Responsibilities
- A highly skilled Technical Supervisor to oversee agricultural operations in the Abdali Agricultural Area, Kuwait.
- The successful candidate will work in direct collaboration with Authority officials, ensuring seamless implementation of all contract requirements.
- 5 years in supervision of open field farming works including distribution of equipment & manpower
- Oversee all technical aspects of our agricultural projects
- Ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently
- Supervise a team of technical staff
- Maintain a high level of quality control across all operations
- Ensure that all projects are completed within budget and on time
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all projects are aligned with company objectives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Provide technical support and guidance to other teams as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all technical operations
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field
- Must be Arab national
- Minimum of 5-9 years of experience in the Agriculture industry, with a focus on technical operations
- Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and processes
- Experience in managing and supervising technical staff
- Excellent problem-solving skills
