  • B2-C1 English Speakers
  • Voice and Nonvoice
  • Salary: starting from 8000 EGP - 15500 EGP based on English level.
  • Transportation allowance and monthly Incentives.
  • Transportation provided.

  • Rotational shifts (Last shift ends at 6 PM).
  • Location: Maadi .
  • Bachelor's degree.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Agent at ETISAL International Group in Al Jizah, Egypt. The Technical Support Agent will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, offering technical support, troubleshooting technical issues, and utilizing analytical skills to resolve issues effectively.
