Role: Technical Support Analyst - Continuous Audit support

JD:
Key Responsibilities:
Audit Workflow Management:
o Fine-tune existing analytical workflows using Alteryx Designer.
o Maintain and improve the performance of dashboards built on Power BI.
o Ensure accurate monitoring and reporting of the 25 Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
Database Management:
o Utilize SQL databases to support audit functions, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
o Troubleshoot and optimize database queries as needed to support dashboard functionality.
Documentation & Reporting:
o Update and maintain comprehensive documentation as per workflow modifications.
o Provide reports on KRIs and suggest opportunities for adding or improving current KPIs.
Technical Troubleshooting:
o Provide timely support to resolve any technical issues related to the audit tools and systems.
o Identify areas for improvement in the existing system and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
Collaboration:
o Work closely with the Internal Audit team and other key stakeholders to align workflow processes with audit objectives.
o Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure smooth operation and clarity of requirements.
Deliverables:
o Submit monthly time-sheets tracking hours worked and tasks completed.
o Ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and updates.

Experience & Skills Required:
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support or data analyst role, with a focus on continuous audit functions or related fields.
Proven experience working with data analysis and dashboard management.
Previous experience working in a high-pressure, auditing or compliance-related environment is advantageous.
Technical Skills:
Alteryx Designer: Proficient in designing, optimizing, and troubleshooting workflows for data analysis.
Power BI: Experience in creating and maintaining data visualization dashboards.
SQL Databases: Strong working knowledge of SQL for managing and querying databases to support dashboard functionality.
Familiarity with tools and technologies supporting Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Soft Skills:
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities, particularly in troubleshooting technical issues and improving workflows.
Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across teams, including non-technical stakeholders.
Documentation: Attention to detail with a proven ability to maintain up-to-date and comprehensive documentation.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and deliver results within deadlines.
Language Proficiency:
English and Arabic fluency is mandatory.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
