Job Description

Communicating with customers via phone and e-mail to present the company s products and provide a comprehensive explanation about them.
Receiving customers inquiries and communicating with the sales department and factory management to meet their requests for quotations, sample requests, delivery dates, and all relevant customer complaints and suggestions.
Communicate directly with customers regarding all their inquiries and complaints, discuss their suggestions, meet all their needs, and ensure their satisfaction with the products and services provided.
Preparing and updating a register of customer complaints and suggestions and contributing to studying customer complaints, analyzing the root causes, and determining relevant corrective and preventive measures.
Preparing and completing requests for samples according to customer specifications and requirements and preparing and updating a special record to follow them up.
Prepare requests for quotations according to customer requirements and communicate them with the sales coordinator.
Preparing and completing the relevant new customer data form and reviewing the sales department regarding all contract terms, as well as the customer s classification and payment terms and facilities.
Negotiating relevant quotations with customers, concluding contracts, and determining payment terms in accordance with company policy.
Communicate with factory sales coordinators to confirm delivery dates for various related supply orders and follow up on their implementation.
Periodic review of the customer database, continuous review of technical catalogues, standards, and journals, and conducting the necessary research and electronic search for potential customers.
Participation in internal exhibitions and conferences and positive representation of the company.

Desired Candidate Profile


Profile:
University Graduate
Good command of English and MS Office.
Business Development, Sales, Negotiation, Technical Support, Customer Service and Communication skills
Ability to understand technical concepts and present them clearly to customers
Strong problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Experience in the construction industry is a plus
