ROLE

Responsible for supporting the customization that CMA Small systems in our Web applicationfor a Central and commercial banks has developed

Support for customization of CMA Small systems in our developed web application for banks in Jordan

On-site visits to the client in Jordan

Investigating code bugs, log files, metrics and other typical troubleshooting approaches to find software flaws

Technical support and maintenance of payment systems implementation project

IT systems administration and support

Troubleshooting by analyzing application logs and system software (Oracle DBMS, Windows, Linux)

Creating support tickets with hardware and software vendors, performing work and implementation, communicating with end customers

Implement tools and automation to proactively detect security weaknesses

ALL ABOUT YOU

Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering field or equivalent experience and evidence of exceptional ability

+2 years of supporting software development experience

1-2 years of database experience

Administration and maintenance of Windows services (Active directory, WSUS, DNS, Hyper-V, certificate services, IIS)

Administration and maintenance of Linux services (Dockers, NTP, Update, RedHat Satellite, bash scripts, etc.)

Ability to understand integrated systems and their dependencies

Excellent customer service skills and ability to make timely decisions

Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and fulfill commitments

Fluency in English (oral and written)

Fluency in Arabic (mandatory)

Willingness to travel to client sites in Jordan
