Job Description: As a Technical Support Engineer at Commend, you will play a crucial role in assisting our customers with configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining our intercom systems. You will provide support via phone, email, and on-site visits, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and delivering exceptional service. Collaboration with sales, engineering, and R&D teams will be essential to support proof of concept installations, provide feedback on product performance, and contribute to product improvements.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits.
Assist customers with configuring and troubleshooting intercom systems.
Conduct annual maintenance visits to ensure optimal system performance.
Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to support proof of concept installations.
Document and maintain records of customer interactions and technical issues.
Stay up to date with product developments and industry trends.
Assist in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions.
Work closely with the R&D team to provide feedback and suggest improvements.
