Job Description

  • Provide advanced technical support for complex hardware, software, or network problems.
  • Diagnose issues, research solutions, and implement fixes.
  • Develop documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve root causes.
  • Escalate issues that require specialized expertise or product development.
  • Train other support staff on new technologies and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Write code or scripts to automate repetitive support tasks.
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert within the organization.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or other relevant certifications (preferred but not required).
