Job Description
You will provide technical support to our SaaS software users, through tickets, WhatsApp, phone, and sometimes offline meetings.
You will onboard new clients, and help their teams with the migration to our software.
You must be available daily from 10 AM to 10 PM (online), 5 days/week.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Number 1 requirement: you must know how to professionally handle user inquiries and questions.
English efficiency is a huge plus.
Technical background is also a huge plus.
