We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Team Leader to provide expert assistance for home automation system. This role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, preparing comprehensive documentation, supporting solar and video door systems, and performing commissioning activities both locally and abroad.

-Respond promptly to customer inquiries and maintain accurate records.
