We seek to hire a skilled Technical Writer with extensive banking and financial software expertise to join our Technical Communication team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and producing a wide range of high-quality technical documentation, including:
Writing user guides
Writing software release notes for periodic updates
Online help authoring
Translating multiple forms of deliverables from/to Arabic
Writing press releases, brochures, and website content
Contributing to marketing campaigns
Candidates should have:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent command of the English language (preferably a graduate of the Faculty of Alsun or the Faculty of Arts, English Department). A good command of French is a plus.
Strong knowledge of CAT (Computer Aided Translation) and help authoring tools is essential.
