Job Description
Supporting the KSA work bidding team, we are looking for a Technical Bid Writer to support our tender submission process. The postholder will be responsible for preparing compelling and customized technical content for our bid submissions and presentations. excellent writing skills, and the ability to work closely with technical, commercial, and project management teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality bid submissions that meet client requirements and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the bid team, sector leads and subject matter experts to gather the necessary information and insights to create bespoke content
Write, edit, and proofread technical documents and bid proposals, ensuring compliance with client specifications and industry standards
Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of bid templates, case studies, and other supporting documents.
Coordinate with the design and graphics team to ensure that proposals are presented in a professional and visually appealing manner.
Conduct post-bid reviews to gather feedback and continuously improve our bid writing processes.
Skills And Behaviors Required
Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate them into easily understandable and compelling written content
Minimum of 5+ years experience in a similar role, with proven experience of supporting winning bid delivery
Proficient in MS Office suite
Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of procurement processes, government contracts and industry standards is an advantage
Written Arabic language skills
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT Management or a relevant field
APMP qualifications advantageous
