The Technical Writer will create clear, concise documentation for complex technical concepts.
Responsibilities include developing user manuals, technical guides, and procedural documents while collaborating with SMEs and adhering to company style guides.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in writing technical documents like architecture documents, procedural documents, and online help files.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong proficiency in any of the authoring tools like Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, Adobe RoboHelp.
- Candidates should have knowledge in technical guides, implementation guides, system administration guides, technical specifications documents, product specification documents, design and architecture documents, and all relevant technical documents known in the product development organizations.
- Candidates must have solid understanding of SDLC and DDLC. A background in technical writing with a degree in English, Engineering, or Computer Science is required.
This is a 12-month contract, with potential to be extended or converted to permanent hire.
