Key Accountabilities: - Operations: Perform requested repair work in observance of the recommendations and operating procedures to ensure efficient use of time and compliance. Classify chargeable parts and define wear & tear Parts to decide if chargeable or repair. Consult the service advisor or line manager for support and advice for correct diagnosis. Support other technicians on complex repair task as required.
Job Card: Promptly complete the job card and furnish details such as parts that are required, issued and the action taken to maintain a history and record of jobs done for future reference.- Tools & Equipment: Maintain all test equipment, hand tools and instruments utilized for service purposes to ensure they are in good working condition and operational as per the guidelines.
Safety: Observe safety rules for the instruments, equipments and tools. Conduct repairs, maintenance work in compliance with HSE policies & procedure and encourage colleagues to practice the same.
- Qualification: Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2-4 years of minimum experience in repair work & operations within work shop environment.- Experience within service/repair is preferred.
