Job Purpose:
To ensure optimum advice and customer care quality for service customers in accordance with BMW Group and AGMC standards and successfully contribute to achieving the Motorrad Department target and the organization's vision and mission.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostics and troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems on BMW motorcycles, using specialized BMW diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Perform scheduled maintenance, such as oil changes, brake checks, tire replacements, and overall bike inspections, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to BMW standards.
- Install and configure software updates, performance upgrades, and accessories based on BMW specifications and customer preferences.
- Conduct post-repair testing to ensure repairs are successful, meet quality standards, and uphold safety protocols before returning the vehicle to the customer.
- Communicate with customers to understand bike issues, provide status updates, and educate them on proper maintenance to prolong bike life and performance.
- Accurately document all repair, maintenance, and service records for each motorcycle, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
Job Specification:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Motorbike Technician with Dealership experience preferably with luxury and sports brands .
- Strong knowledge of Motorbike diagnostics, repair processes, and maintenance specific to luxury vehicles.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic software and specialized tools.
- Good communication and writing skills - English .
- Certification with BMW Motorrad is an advantage.
- Valid UAE Motorbike license.
