Ensure repairs maintain the vehicle's original paint and finish.
Assessment and Estimation:
Inspect vehicles to assess the extent of damage and determine the feasibility of PDR techniques.
Provide accurate repair cost estimates to customers or the service department.
Tool Usage:
Use specialized PDR tools and equipment to manipulate and massage the metal back to its original form.
Maintain and calibrate tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Quality Control:
Conduct thorough inspections post-repair to ensure the quality and durability of the repair work.
Ensure repairs meet industry standards and customer expectations.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of repairs, including before-and-after photos and repair notes.
Ensure accurate documentation for billing and insurance purposes.
Continuous Learning:
Stay updated with the latest PDR techniques and tools through training and industry resources.
Participate in workshops and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
