Job Description
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer support inquiries.
Provide support in person, over the phone or via remote access.
Diagnose problems with computer software, peripherals, and hardware.
Run software diagnostic tools and physical inspection of hardware systems.
Talk to customers through core problem-solving processes.
Provide basic computer training.
Install and update hardware and software systems.
Writing training manuals.
Follow-up with customers.
Complete support .
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree.
English language.
5 years experience.
